I stopped by the day after the windstorm, which I knew the previous day had shut down this business' operations. They got me into the bay with no waiting, but there was an issue re the availability of my preferred oil type. I was very impressed from the following:
*Owner actually drove to the dealership to get me the oil type that I wanted - all the more impressive given how busy she and the business clearly were
*I witnessed the owner and office staff advocating for another customer with that person's dealership over a warranty issue - with a successful outcome
*I witnessed owner interacting with her staff in a cheerful and positive way, despite that it was a hectic few days after the storm and clearly everyone was having challenges with backlog, picky customers (me), etc.
*front office and mechanical staff were also very courteous and friendly.
I rarely give 5 stars, and usually perform my maintenance myself so had a pretty high standard. I gave 5 stars in this case because despite issues/challenges on a hectic day after a terrible storm had shut down their business, the owner/staff took care of me and other customers in a productive and cheerful way. They went the extra mile for me but didn't charge me extra, which was a bonus.
